Chinese consulate attack: Arrest warrant issued against missing Rashid Hussain

Date:  17 Apr 2020 Author:  Admin 0 According to Rashid Hussein’s family, he was arrested from the United Arab Emirates on December 26, 2018 and handed over to Pakistan after 6 months of detention in UAE. A special anti-terrorism court of Pakistan in a trial of the ‘attack on the Chinese Consulate’ in Karachi in 2018, has issued arrest warrant against Rashid Hussain, who was said to be abducted by UAE on December 26, 2018 and handed over to Pakistan on June 22, 2019. The trial took place in special court at the Anti-Terrorism Complex in Karachi Central Jail. The court declared Rashid Hussain a fugitive including a few others, named Ali Dad Buledi, Sharif Baloch, Sameer and Harbayar. During the trial, the police claimed that Ahmad Hasnain, Nadir Khan, Ali Ahmed, Abdul Latif and Aslam under arrest in suspicion of the Chinese Consulate attack.
