It is the obligation of the Swedish government, police and the authority of university to trace out him, and demonstrate their efficiency in this regard, otherwise their passively attitude constitute a constructive vicariously guilty and culpability.

Sweden has ratified and singed International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 2 of the Covenant holds that each state party to present Covenant undertakes to respect and ensure to all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction the rights recognized in the present Covenant, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, birth or other status.
2. Where not already provided for by existing legislative or other measures, each state party to the present Covenant undertakes to take necessary steps, in accordance with its constitutional processes and with the provisions of the present Covenant, to adopt such legislative or other measures as may be necessary to give effect to the rights recognized in the present Covenant.

3. Each state party to the present Covenant undertakes :
(a) to ensure that any person whose rights or freedoms as herein recognized are violated shall have an effective remedy, notwithstanding that the violation has been committed by persons acting in an official capacity ;
(b) to ensure that any person claiming such a remedy shall have his right thereto determined by competent judicial, administrative or legislative authorities, or by any other competent authority provided for by the legal system of the state, and to develop the possibilities of judicial remedy ;
(c) to ensure that the competent authorities shall enforce such remedies when granted. Since Mr. Hussain is missing in the territorial jurisdiction of the Sweden, it is its constitutional responsibility to protect a human being right to life, liberty and security.

From this perspective, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights insists in Article 8 :
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts voilatng the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
Although I have no acquaintance with Sweden constitution and law, however I believe that Sweden being a civilized country, it has incorporated the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights into its constitution and laws of land. It is pertinent to refer here the International Bill of Human Rights – united Nations :
Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived from life.

Baloch nation has already been deprived from their inherent right including civil and political rights by the state security forces Pakistan, even their lives are at the mercy of security forces, due to well founded persecution from their native land a few have fled to western countries for the Protection but regrettably the Baloch vulnerable people are also not safe, crucial example is the Mr. Hussain unexplained disappearance.

A ‘European Silk Road’

publication_icon Philipp Heimberger ,  Mario Holzner and Artem Kochnev wiiw Research Report No. 430, August 2018  43 pages including 10 Tables and 17 Figures FREE DOWNLOAD The German version can be found  here . In this study we argue for a ‘Big Push’ in infrastructure investments in greater Europe. We propose the building of a European Silk Road, which connects the industrial centres in the west with the populous, but less developed regions in the east of the continent and thereby is meant to generate more growth and employment in the short term as well as in the medium and long term. After its completion, the European Silk Road would extend overland around 11,000 kilometres on a northern route from Lisbon to Uralsk on the Russian-Kazakh border and on a southern route from Milan to Volgograd and Baku. Central parts are the route from Lyon to Moscow in the north and from Milan to Constanţa in the south. The southern route would link Central Europe with the Black Sea area and
