Sources say a Canada-based Khalistan activist has been given the responsibility to launch 'Project Harvest'. Security agencies are also keeping an eye on the activities of pro-Khalistan group 'Sikhs For Justice' (SFJ), which is sponsoring free air tickets to people willing to join the Khalistan Referendum movement.
