Three killed in Balochistan

Published: April 19, 2010 QUETTA - Three persons were shot dead in two separate incidents in Sibbi and Qilla Saifullah districts of Balochistan on Sunday. In the first incident, unidentified armed men opened indiscriminate fire on Qadir Bakhsh and Ali Nawaz at Railway Colony in Sibbi town and escaped the scene after committing the crime. As a result, they died on the spot after receiving serious multiple wounds. Police have handed over the bodies to the heirs after completing legal formalities and started investigation into the incident. The motive behind the killing is yet to be ascertained. On the other hand, another person was gunned down as unknown assailants sprayed a volley of bullets on him at Koza Adda area of Qilla Saifullah. The dead body has been shifted to a local hospital for an autopsy. However, victim’s identity and the cause of incident could not be known immediately.
