First RMB Bond in Kazakhstan Listed On AIX

Kazakh TV20.03.2020 12:11 The first RMB (Chinese Yuan) Bond of the China Construction Bank Corporation Astana Branch has been listed on Astana International Exchange and the Hong Kong Exchange March 20th, 2020. The bond, maturing in March 2022, in the amount of 1 billion CNY (about 63 billion tenge and over US$137 million), is denominated in RMB with an interest rate of 2.95% per annum. The RMB bond is available for professional investors. The RMB funds raised will be used to support local infrastructure projects and Belt and Road Initiative projects in Kazakhstan.“The listing of China Construction Bank RMB bond is an important outcome of the Kazakhstan-China financial cooperation as part of the Belt and Road Initiative. Federal govt releases Rs 12.13bn for CPEC projects under PSDP 2019-20

Coal mine blast leaves seven labourers dead in Balochistan

Balochistan to get 900 containers for quarantine

QUETTA: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has dispatched 900 containers to Balochistan for keeping pilgrims returning from Iran in quarantine for 14 days.A meeting presided over by Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani was informed on Thursday that the containers have attached bathrooms.Chief Secretary retired Capt Fazeel Asghar told the meeting that the containers would reach Balochistan in a couple of days.
“Out of 900 containers, 600 would be sent to the border town of Chaman, while 300 are for Quetta,” he said.The meeting discussed various issues related to precautionary measures and treatment of people infected by coronavirus.It decided to create awareness about coronavirus in collaboration with scholars and political interlocutors.The meeting asked all divisional commissioners, deputy commissioners, assistant commissioners, district health officers, senior superintendents of police and tehsildars to conduct public awareness campaigns in their areas for…
