Pakistani Death Squads continue to operate in Balochistan – Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch

Current Balochistan

Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) leader Dr Allah Nazar Baloch has said that on one hand the Baloch nation is stubbornly protesting against the sting and the main motive behind such incidents; the proxies and death squads of Pakistan and on the other hand; Due to the absence of media, most of the news in Balochistan die here. Through such incidents, Pakistan wants to send a message to the Baloch nation that these protests and democratic struggle will not reduce the aggression of the state and the massacre of the Baloch nation through death squads.

He said that yesterday in Pidrak, Lashkar-e-Khorasan regional chief Sardar Aziz’s operatives raided a house, brutally tortured people and looted all valuables including jewelery from the house. Sardar Aziz and his son Shah Mir are members of the Lashkar-e-Khorasan branch of the international terrorist organization ISIS. He has the full patronage of the Pakistani state, army and intelligence agencies. The group has killed several unarmed and innocent people in the coastal belt, including Gowarkop, Pidrak and Pasni, and looted countless homes. Sardar Aziz’s Death Squad militia has been active in the area and has been playing with the lives and property of the people. There are several camps in the area of this militia where training is given for religious fanaticism and terrorism which are being used for terrorism in the region including Balochistan.

Dr Allah Nazar Baloch said that death squads are active in entire regions of Balochistan. These areas include Mashkey, Ragai and surrounding areas. Death squads have heated up the market in these areas. On May 21, the beasts sexually abused a student named Azhar Ali, son of Asghar Ali, in Mashkey Nalangi, very near to the military camp. When people started raising their voices, the police registered an FIR to temporarily appease the people and promised an investigation. But a few days later, the occupying forces came forward directly to protect these brutal killers and started putting pressure on the family and forced them to withdraw the FIR.

He said that the crimes of death squads have increased to such an extent that the dignity of innocent children, women and people is nowhere safe. If the so-called Pakistani law comes into play, the army puts it at gunpoint. Thus seeking help from the law is tantamount to inviting people to their deaths.

Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch said that I make it clear that no one should expect goodness and peace and security in Pakistan and Pakistani system because goodness and peace and security is not in the nature of occupation. Of course, if Pakistan was a state of a nation with living values, it might not have violated our honor in this way. But Pakistan is a ruthless beast deprived of such qualities. Therefore, the nation should devote its energies to the struggle for freedom because the only way to lead a dignified life lies in freedom and liberation from Pakistani slavery

Historical relationship between Kurd and Baloch.

The Kurds are the ethnical group living in a region known as Kurdistan which is divided into Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Iran. They  are struggling for an independent region since decades and they are famous for their female guerrilla fighters.        On 25 September 2017, the referendum for an independent Kurdish region  was held in Iraq with a turn out of 72 %.   On this important occasion, the historical relation between Kurd and Baloch people is worth discussing.       When it comes to history, every nation tends to find its roots and origin. Same goes with the Baloch people. The Baloch people are always curious  about  finding their roots in history. Even if you  talk to a shepherd in Balochistan, he will be curious to talk about his  tribal or ethnical roots.      The Balochs have always conveyed the history to the next generations in different mediums like poems etc. No Baloch before 20th century had written books on  history  or origin of the Baloch nation .
