QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani has said that the provincial government has allocated Rs20 billion for converting Quetta into a safe and smart city and completing other development projects.
Taking to reporters after visiting the Sabzal road expansion project here on Tuesday, he said that the government had speeded up work on various projects launched for beautification of Quetta and for providing maximum facilities to people. He said that the Sabzal road expansion project was the biggest development scheme in Quetta. It would link Samungli Road with Sariab Road from Sur-Pul to the University of Balochistan.
