By Engineer Saeed Jattak

No doubt the technology enhancement has transmuted the modern world and brought the effortless mechanism to reduce human tough works, but these all organized efforts are infeasible without felicitous education. Education is the most potent weapon which enables to deal with humans and machines. In education, there is the major role of libraries.

A library is a collection of sources of information and related resources, made reachable to the public for a reference. The libraries are to help in understand the research methodologies, the art of teaching, research development, encourage building confidence and determining to form the awareness in all kind of academic and social activities through books, CDs, journals, research paper, magazines and digital gadgets.

For some individuals “Library” evokes pictures of books and very little more. In spite of the fact that books remain a center component and are helpful with more routes than regularly comprehended, libraries have a considerably more extensive and more critical reach than books alone. Whereas libraries may not ‘turn a benefit’ they outfit us with various things that offer assistance nearby economies, from information for organizations, to get to essential course readings. At that point there are the productive impacts of organizations in a library whether that be a social scrutinizing club, back to stop smoking, or offer assistance looking for occupations on the net. These are the organizations that ensure practical and monetarily capable open investing and enable us to lead a strong and fulfilling life

Libraries can play an imperative part within the political life of a community which assembles community individuals and energizes them to the conversation around issues of opportunity, equity, and democracy, libraries are significant in empowering educated political inclusion. Libraries too offer assistance citizens learn how to gotten to be advocates for themselves and their communities. The taken toll of enlisting a private mentor is well past what numerous library can bear, so libraries offer homework assistance and coaching online, by phone, in individual, and indeed through social media.

Pakistan is attempting to keep up the instructive standard in schools, colleges and universities by spending the billions of rupees just in the reported frame on a framework and physical shape rather than to bring present day procedures for development of learning abilities uncommonly in Balochistan Province..”

The National Literacy Trust:- “State of the Nation Research Report highlighted in their research that 1 in 6 people struggles with literacy; more specifically that their literacy is below the level expected of an 11 year old”. A man with poor literacy will probably live in a non-working family, live in stuffed lodging and is more averse to vote. Literacy abilities and an affection for reading can break this endless loop of deprivation and drawbacks.

The way of advancement for any developing country is to increase the literacy rate by doing magical improvement in educational sphere and functioning the education department with proper check and balance in every substance and providing the resourcefulness according to the digital requirement as the modern call for. The development of new concepts regarding educational sweetening and offering the youth a platform to do something extraordinary in life for a social change.

The reality and figures in the green zone of Balochistan (Naseerabad Division) uncovered the legislative approaches in an instructive area. Disregarding different components 90% of schools found not having labs and libraries. The schools neither have essential offices like boundary walls, washrooms, computer labs and clean drinking water nor standard education.

The young generation having the aspiration to bring succession under their feet through competitive exams need comfortable subject field environment in a polluted atmosphere. Such study surrounding can only be found in a library. But unfortunately, the capital city and Quetta division of Balochistan has a population of I, 713,952 multitudes have limited access libraries which cannot fulfill the requirements of students, professionals writers, and book lovers. Although the people travel to Quetta in search of quality education and study environment deficiency of opportunities dishearten them.

The students of the new era nowadays are in dire need of libraries as their researches necessitate more books for gathering data and utilizing it as a reference with manipulation of data for the further process. furthermore preparing for competitive exam desires many books to consult and a noiseless atmosphere for the study that can only be possible in the library.

The major responsibility of the state is to maintain governmental and private libraries to benefit the upcoming generation so that they may achieve their targeted goals. The second best way is to extend the existing libraries to an extent and make the registration process easy and accessible to everyone. It will not only boost the moral of youth but also provide a valuable chance to students to furnished their skills and make their future brighter and move on to a career as they want.
