BNC welcome the release of kidnapped Baloch women and children in Balochistan.

WASHINGTON D.C— Balochistan National Congress (BNC) welcome the release of kidnapped Baloch women and children and ask the Government to readers all Baloch missing persons, including Mr. Nawaz Atta Baloch and his family members who were recently kidnapped by security forces from their house in Karachi.

“Releasing Dr. Allah Nazar’s wife and kids is a good step in the right direction but it should not be limited to his family members alone. All other Baloch missing persons should also be released immediately without any further delay”, said Dr. Baloch, President of BNC.



"We also ask Dr. Allah Nazar and all other militant groups in Balochistan to shun their path of militancy and violence, lay down their arm and use only peaceful and democratic means of struggle to secure Balochistan for the Baloch people", Dr. Baloch requested.

Balochistan, the homeland of more than 16 millions Baloch people worldwide, is currently illegally occupied and divided between Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan and Baloch people are fighting to re-gain their independence and are being subjected to daily humiliation, subjugation, discrimination and torture in their own homeland by the foreign occupying forces.

Thousands Baloch citizen have been killed, dumped and made disappeared since the latest uprising that started in 2005 and is still going on.

“We ask the U.S Government and the international community to help Baloch people in their fight for freedom and justice”, said Dr. Baloch.
